Meet the Team

  • Ashley Grason

    OWNER, HEAD OF DESIGN

    Ashley’s architectural plans and interior design services have been utilized across the East Coast since 2007. She’s a graduate of Loyola University. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Serena & Lily, The Scout Guide and Baltimore Magazine.

    When not supporting clients, Ashley stays busy with her three active children. She also loves to spend summers on the Eastern Shore and entertain family and friends in her historic Hampton farmhouse.

  • Anthony Forrester

    HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION

    Anthony is a seasoned professional with 22 years of experience in the construction industry, and currently serves as the Head of Construction at Worthington Home. With a wealth of expertise in project management, team coordination, and construction operations, Anthony plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects.

    Outside the construction world, Anthony finds joy in spending time with his wife and children. A passionate sports enthusiast, Anthony also cheers for the Baltimore Ravens and the Orioles during his downtime. Whether at work or at play, Anthony Forrester brings a winning spirit and a wealth of experience to everything he does.

  • Chris Walker

    PROJECT MANAGER

    From estimates through final construction, Chris is involved in the planning, management, and execution of each project to ensure the client's vision is achieved. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont.

    Outside of work, Chris enjoys working on his family’s homestead and spending time in the Adirondacks.

  • Kayla Sorbara

    DIRECTOR OF DESIGN

    Kayla is the reason everything comes together and keeps moving forward. She is responsible for managing orders, keeping team members on task, and coordinating with clients. Originally from Long Island, Kayla came to Maryland to attend Towson University and fell in love with the Baltimore area.

    She spends her free time outside near the water either boating or relaxing on the beach.
