The BEGINNING

Worthington Home was founded on a simple belief — that creating a beautiful home should be both collaborative and enjoyable. What began as a shared passion for architecture, interior design, and craftsmanship has evolved into a full-service design-build firm dedicated to helping clients reimagine the way they live.

Established by Ashley Grason in 2007, Worthington Home was built on the principles of creativity, integrity, and lasting relationships. With years of experience and an eye for thoughtful design, Ashley and her team have earned a reputation for transforming houses into timeless, livable spaces that reflect each client’s unique story. From those first projects to the homes we design today, our mission remains the same: to craft spaces that are not only beautiful, but deeply personal and built to last.

MEET The TEAM

At Worthington Home, our work begins with people — not projects. Every home we design and build is the result of close collaboration between our team and yours. We believe the best results come from genuine partnership, open communication, and a shared vision for how you want to live.

Our team brings together seasoned designers, builders, and craftsmen who share a passion for excellence and an eye for detail. We listen closely, guide thoughtfully, and handle every phase with care — ensuring your experience is as seamless and inspiring as the finished result.

With a reputation built on trust, artistry, and precision, Worthington Home isn’t just creating spaces — we’re building lasting relationships and homes that truly reflect the people who live in them.
